Family Circle Care understands the importance in allowing you to have choices in the way you would like your care to be delivered.   We will build a care plan that will suit your needs whilst giving you control over the things which are important to you.  We will involve you in all decisions about your care and support, giving you the confidence in Family Circle Care and the people who support you.

Our staff are fully trained in nutrition and hydration in order to promote/provide nutritionally balanced meals.  Following on the client/service user assessment, we promote the "dining experience" tailored around their individual needs.

Our staff are fully trained in stoma care, catheter care and incontinence care.  Our training promotes an individual  healthy skin care regime.

It is our aim for service users/clients to maintain as much independence at home whilst taking into account what is important to them.  Our staff are trained in dementia care,  housekeeping  duties, financial record keeping  and nutrition and hydration.

Our staff are fully trained in medication administration record keeping.  Clients/Service users use a MAR Chart in documenting medication prompts.

Our buddying service provides companionship on outings and at home.  We very much pride ourselves in allowing clients/service users to continue in being involved as part of their community,  feeling more confident, valued and respected as a unique individual.  An assessment is carried out to establish their hobbies, likes and dislikes.

Our End of Life care consists of managing symptoms by medication prompting, compassion and support, whilst working with other professionals within the package of care.

Our staff are fully trained in providing care at home services from 15 min visits to 24 hour care.  Our Office Team co-ordinate the schedule whilst our Team Leaders and care workers manage the assessed care needed to enable the service user/client to remain at home.

We provide respite for the carer by providing compassionate care tailored to the service user/clients needs in their own home.  Anything from 3 hours care to 24 hours of care.  As a carer for your loved one, we understand the importance of taking time out to "recharge your batteries".
